How It Works.

How much does it cost?+
A 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month — every feature included: the score calculator for all six ACFT events plus every other branch's test, run tracking, fasting, and workouts. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Does it sync with Apple Health?+
Yes. Body Builder reads weight, workouts, and heart rate from Apple Health and writes your training sessions back. Works seamlessly with Apple Watch.
Does it track my runs?+
Yes. The Runs tab syncs with Apple Health and shows every run with its GPS route map. Set a goal mile pace and your splits trend toward it — no manual entry, real miles only.
How is the workout plan structured?+
Seven days, six events. Each day targets one or two ACFT events with progressive overload. Designed for soldiers preparing for the ACFT but works for any tactical athlete training general strength and conditioning.
Does it cover branches other than the Army?+
Yes. The Standards tab scores every branch's fitness test — Army (AFT), National Guard, Navy (PRT), Air Force (PFA), Marines (PFT), Coast Guard (PFA), and Space Force (HPA) — with the right events and age/sex bands for each.
What's the intermittent fasting feature?+
A built-in IF timer supporting 16:8, 18:6, OMAD, 24-hour, and 48-hour protocols (plus a hydration-and-timing mode), with a fast calendar showing your streak. Lives alongside the workout plan because nutrition is half of body composition.
Can I track weight goals?+
Yes. Body Builder uses TDEE-based math to forecast your goal-date for weight loss or gain, factoring in your training volume. Updates as your weight trend changes.
