Where do you ship?+
Currently the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap but not live for the launch window.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders deliver within 5-10 business days. Print time is 2-5 days (our print partner makes each piece on demand) plus 3-7 days for U.S. shipping. You'll get a tracking number the moment it ships.
Where is the apparel made?+
Every piece is printed and shipped from U.S.-based facilities through Printful, our print-on-demand partner. No overseas manufacturing.
Is it print on demand?+
Yes — that's why there's a 2-5 day production window. We don't hold inventory, which keeps prices honest and lets us run small designs that big brands would skip. Trade-off: it ships slower than warehouse-stocked apparel.
What's your return policy?+
30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it free with no return needed — just send a photo to hello@kineticreaction.com.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. Below that, standard shipping is $8 flat.
What sizes do you offer?+
Most tees go XS through 3XL. Each product page shows the exact range. We use Bella+Canvas or comparable tactical-fit blanks — true to size, slightly fitted in the chest. Size up if you prefer relaxed.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. After checkout you'll get a Stripe receipt with your order ID. Use our tracking page (kineticreaction.com/track) to see live status from "order received" through "shipped" with carrier tracking.
